How much does Forma cost?
Forma is a single Starter plan at Rs 3,000 per month. Every feature — catalog, checkout, inventory, themes, analytics, and discounts — is included. There are no hidden tiers or per-order fees from Forma.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new stores get a 14-day trial of the full platform. You'll need a card on file via Stripe to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Your store stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it's deactivated (your data isn't deleted immediately — see our Privacy Policy for retention details).
Payments & checkout
Which payment methods can my customers use?
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) — configure any combination in your store's payment settings. Card payments via international gateways are on our roadmap.
Whose JazzCash / EasyPaisa account does the money go to?
Yours. Forma doesn't sit between you and your customers' payments — you connect your own merchant credentials for each gateway, and funds settle directly to your account.
Do you support cash on delivery?
Yes — COD is a built-in payment method you can enable per store, with no extra integration required.
Shipping & couriers
Which couriers does Forma support?
TCS, Leopards, and PostEx, with more nationwide couriers planned. Connect your own carrier accounts in your store's shipping settings to generate bookings and tracking numbers from orders.
Can I offer flat-rate or free shipping?
Yes — shipping rules can be configured per store alongside your courier integrations.
Domains & themes
Do I get a free storefront URL?
Yes — every store gets a subdomain at {yourstore}.forma.pk immediately on signup.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domain support is on the v1 roadmap. Until then, your forma.pk subdomain is fully usable for launch.
Can I change my theme later?
Yes — browse the theme store, preview any theme and its variants live, and switch whenever you like from your dashboard.
Taxes & invoicing
Does Forma handle GST?
Orders and invoices carry GST fields — rate, amount, and your registration number — so you can issue compliant invoices to customers. You're responsible for configuring the correct rate and registration details for your business.
